Conditions

• Changeover Saturday.
• Minimum stay 7 days.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival day to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance and refundable security deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Maximum 6 people.
• No smoking in the property or the grounds of property.
• No pets.

Prices in euros. Payment can be made by bank transfer in pounds or euros.
